The entire process from the initial phone call for the estimate, to scheduling the job around some other work that was being done was smooth, simple, and efficient. The guys who showed up to do the work were polite and jumped right in. In less than a day they ripped out the damaged wood floors in two rooms and replaced them. I will be using Dungans next time I do any flooring work!
