We learned of Dungans from our friends the Williams'. We paid the store a visit and we were immediately impressed. Judy greeted us and we got to work selecting some possible carpets. Judy was very helpful, friendly and patient. Over the next few weeks, Judy's patience would be on display repeatedly as we would return to the store, select different samples and leave. She even ordered some samples not in stock. There was never any pressure to make a decision. We had Judy's attention every moment we were in the store. We finally made a decision and set the installation date. The installers came and got to work. They were courteous and professional. Our new carpet looks great. We have no issues whatsoever with the installation or the carpet itself. We are very happy and could not recommend Dungans any higher! AAA+ all the way. Thanks, Dungans!
