Dungans installed engineered wood floors last year and carpet this year in our house and they both look fabulous! We actually didn't like the first carpet we installed and without us asking, Tony immediately notified us that the carpet we selected had a 30 day guarantee! So within a month, we had another carpet installed. We only had to pay for installation. So grateful this was an option!!

The entire time we felt guilty about the decision, but they were very gracious and never made us feel bad about our decision. Their install crew is very efficient as they completed both jobs quicker than expected.

If we actually had more floor space to re-do, we would be going back to Dungans.
