We just had our downstairs re-floored with Dungan Floors! Linnie and Lou were so helpful when I went into the store -- Lou spent well over an hour with me talking about different kinds of wood floors and really listening to what our needs were and then helping me pick several samples to take home. Linnie was fantastic about keeping me within my budget and helping with design choices when I picked carpet. The installers were great -- worked quickly, cleanly and did a really good job. Everything was cleaned up (other than all the dust from new wood floors!) when they left.
