Everyone who was involved in the process was outstanding, from in the store to every worker involved. The guys who installed our carpet and tile were so polite. They were very cautious with moving the furniture to protect our walls as well as the furniture (and we have had bad experiences with other companies requiring us to spend a lot of time and energy touching up paint and woodwork)They worked long and hard and it seemed there was no down time. There was one small piece of carpet behind a door which was overlooked on the final walk through, and they were ready to come the next day and correct it. We could not have had a better experience and will use Dungans Floors next time.
