Dungans Floors is a great company to work with in terms of their selection, prices, and personality. I have used them for my own residence as well as for my clients' homes, and everything has turned out great.

They are so good with my customers -- we have never heard any negative feedback from people who have used Dungans. For my own home, they have installed hardwood, carpet, and tile, and I am very satisfied with the work they did.

They are good at scheduling, calling you back, and keeping you informed about what is going on. For example, if there is a delay in the carpet, they let you know right away. They cover all of the bases.

They also are good at working with clients on things like color selection, when you want to know which colors go together, for example. They provide helpful feedback and guidance so that you do not have to worry about hiring an interior decorator. Instead, you can bounce ideas off of them.
