For many years I did my own taxes. I quickly realized that I was in over my head when we bought a house and started investing in stocks. I knew that I needed someone knowledgeable about the current tax codes and what forms needed completed. I made an appointment with the H&R Block office and got in two days later. The agent was very helpful in giving me a list of records and other documents I would need to have for her to complete my return. Once I had everything she had asked for I dropped them off at their office and expected to wait several weeks to hear anything. I was really surprised and pleased that Janet called me only three days later to tell me she had finished the return and asked me to come in a go over it with her. I’m sold on using them from now on.
