I recently bought a pair of pac boots with spikes for work. Hoffman said that they run small and to order a size up so I did. I got the boots and they were huge. Order down if anything. I tried the boots on in my yard since you can't wear boots with half inch spikes in the house. I tried to exchange the boots for a smaller size me paying shipping of course. I was sent a letter back saying that because I had tried the boots on outside and they were "filthy" ( there was a tiny spec of pitch on a spike) that they would not exchange the boots. So now I'm $300 in the hole with boots I can't wear. Be very careful ordering from this company!
