I have a freshman enrolling at the UW this fall and needed to find her housing. I had been looking around for a couple of weeks and could not find anything decent in my price range. Everything we were looking at was in bad shape, dirty or in a bad location. I called Dave Poletti & Associates off of a sign in the neighborhood and they were very nice on the phone and took the time to help find me locate a perfect apartment. They went well above the call of duty to help us out. They could tell I was stressed out. The entire process was quick and easy and could not have been a better experience. I am so happy my daughter has a great new place while going to school.
