This was my first experience with Area Rug Cleaning Company. I had them clean a 10x15 hand-sewn Tibetian rug. The rug had some stains from pets as well as some mud, and they cleaned it up beautifully. The rug looks brand new. It was very easy to work with them. They had the option to either come and pick it up or deliver it to another location if I wasn't able to get out to them. Location-wise, it was a bit obscure but still easy to get to as there were signs on the road. I would definitely use Area Rug Cleaning Company again.
