Area Rug Cleaning Company took care of two rugs that had a lot of damage already--and they came back looking great. The work was timed exactly like they said, and their staff came by to pick up and drop off the rugs and put them back inside where I wanted them. The people who helped me were very friendly and very professional and quick. It took between a week to two weeks for them to clean and return the rugs; because they had a lot of different treatments they used on the rugs, I thought the timing was pretty quick. And the price was good--it wasn't cheap, but we had treatments and they also shaved the rugs again.
