All the people I dealt with at Wolverine were very nice. When the rugs came back they looked good and there was no odor leftover from the cleaning chemicals or anything like that. We've had that problem in the past with other rug cleaners. This was our first time working with Wolverine and I think we would go back. The pricing was a little on the high side. It was more than I expected but it's kind of a trade off. We can't clean the rugs as often if the cost is higher. We have pets who have accidents, so frequency of cleaning can be an issue for us, but I'd rather they not smell of chemicals when they come back. Other than the price everything was very positive, so I'd recommend them.
