We had been putting off this rug cleaning because we thought it would take a lot of labor and be a pretty cost intensive process. Area Rug Cleaning Company really made it much easier than we had expected. We had heard some commercials for bigger companies that were farther away and honestly we were pretty intimidated by them. Our rug is really odd shaped so calculating the area was pretty confusing. I was expecting them to jack up the price when they got here but they charged us exactly what they said they would over the phone. They promised it would be finished within 7-10 days and I think it was ready in 6. Then we weren't able to schedule delivery for a few more days, but that was our delay, not theirs. That's one other thing, their pick-up and delivery service was great.
The quality of our work was fantastic too. This rug was one of the things we spent the most money on in our house. They restored it and it looks brand new. To anyone considering their service I would just say that they are professional, timely, and cost effective.
