I inherited an oriental rug which I did not know the history of its cleaning. After having a pet on it and having mishaps, I thought the rug was "a goner." I watched the video on Area Rug/Wolverine's website and was so impressed with the cleaning method and explanation, I decided to have them clean my rug. I was thrilled and impressed with the results.
