The bottom floor of my home was flooded when a steel-braided laundry hose burst. Michael and his crew were on the job within an hour and a half (11:30 PM) and stayed working until 5:30 AM. The returned the next day around noon, worked daily to dry out the house, removed materials that would not dry out and did all the prep for restoration, about 2 weeks of work excluding weekends. Michael was helpful in every way, courteous and reassuring during a time of such great stress. He also gave helpful pointers in dealing with my insurance company. His crew was likewise as professional.
