Flood Masters responded to a flood incident at my home that was caused by a defective washer. The owner was apparently on call, good response time. He assessed the situation, took immediate damage control measures, and coordinated all aspects of the clean-up and reconstruction. Very personable, organized, and professional all the way - just what you are looking for when your home is under water! My landlord handled the billing so I cannot really comment on the "Price for Value" (it was free for me, so excellent!), but my part of the customer experience was outstanding. I would recommend Flood Masters highly.
