Flood-Masters saved our A**. We just came back from vacation and our toilet flooded on our carpet. I needed someone fast. I called and got Michael on the phone. No msg service. The guy himself. I was concerned because the carpet was new and very wet. Michael was calm and said he would be right there. True to his word he showed up and handled our case. He showed us how he measured the wet and he knew exactly how to handle this situation. The worked very fast. I was very impressed at his calm and knowledgeable demeanor. He is easy to be with and because our job was under our insurance deductable, he worked with us on the price. His prices were fair and reasonable. I would highly recommend Flood-Masters for any type of flood, large or like ours small. These guys and esp. Michael were great.
