We had a new ducted heat pump and a new tankless water heater installed over the course of three days. Daniel and Brandon and the crew were wonderful and thoroughly professional throughout the installation, which included setting up the heat pump in the overhead attic with heat registers in the ceilings of two upstairs rooms. Gary's analysis before the project was great as always, and he and Glenna cheerfully answered our ongoing questions by phone. Gary even made a special extra trip, and arranged the necessary connections with our electrician and PSE. Both units are working very well for us after a week and a half. We had one small problem with an error message on the heat pump thermostat, and G&G promptly sent Sarrel, who expertly diagnosed the problem, determined how to prevent it in the future, and reset the system at no extra charge. We have been G&G customers for a long time, and we always feel that they take good care of us and do a fine job.
