Lifetime Fitness is a chain of 24 hour a day fitness facilities in the Chicago area. They are known for their family friendliness, their cleanliness and best of all, being open 24 hours a day!

But what people may not know is that Lifetime Fitness offers the LifeSpa - one of the best spas in Chicagoland with a wide menu of massages available and at reasonable prices. I have had three different massages at the facility in Bloomingdale and a few others else but keep coming back to Bloomingdale. The massage room is away from noise whereas at the Schaumburg facility the massage room is on a busy hallway. In Bloomingdale, you feel spoiled by any of the excellent massage therapists and they also often have specials available. As they say at Christmas there, "Spa la la la la, la la la la!"
