We've relied on Magna-Dry for a long time. We used to use them years ago, then we moved away for fifteen years. As soon as we moved back to this area about three years ago I thought of Magna-Dry. They even remembered me! So when I call, they always try to work me in, sometimes the very next day, or otherwise at our convenience. It seems like stuff is always getting tracked in here, so I call them every few months to keep the carpets clean. When we lived here before, Magna-Dry took care of the carpets in our big house. Now that we're back, we have a smaller place, and Magna-Dry takes good care it these carpets also. I highly recommend them!
