We've been with Magna-Dry for 20 years now! We have been very pleased with their services. They came out recently to clean a few rugs for us. The cleaners are professional, prompt and polite. They are respectful of our home and careful with their machines. They never mar the walls or floorboards. Their pricing is reasonable. They are cordial and friendly. Although there are not a lot of questions to ask when it comes to carpet cleaning they have taken the time to explain things and I'm sure they would answer questions for us if we had any. It's a nice bunch of people over there and we will continue to use Magna-Dry!
