Magna-Dry has been my carpet cleaning company of choice. They definitely are not inexpensive but well worth it! I really like that they are so responsive when I call them to schedule an appointment. Their scheduling is always so convenient as customer service always strives to match them up with my availability. I have used them several times before this last visit. I recently had them come out to my residence to clean the carpeting in a high traffic area of my home, especially where the pets tend to go. The technician also deodorized the area which turned out very well. All of the technicians that they send out are really great to work with. They always make sure that you are satisfied. If you ever need them to go over a spot again they come right back out to take care of it--no questions! I am very pleased and satisfied in using them and highly recommend them to everyone I know.
