We have used Magna-Dry quite a few times now. We keep using their company because of the quality work that they do. They always offer friendly service. They are very reliable and quick to respond when you call for an appointment. We also find that they are very reasonably priced compared to other carpet cleaning companies. This most recent visit was to have the carpet cleaned in our basement. We recently had some contractor work done and the men had soiled the carpet downstairs and left it in quite a mess. Magna-Dry sent out their technician to take care of it and what a job he did in removing all of the spots. The carpet turned out perfectly! While he was there we also had the technician clean a stairway and our dining room. Those turned out perfectly as well. We cannot say enough good things about Magna-Dry and we will definitely continue using them.
