Magna-Dry was a really lovely company to work with and I'd recommend them to others with happy urgency, to be honest. I called them because we had a spill (and therefore a stain) on our carpet. Not only was the woman on the phone friendly, and professional, but she gave me advice for things I could try to do to get the stain out without even needing to call them out to clean it professionally, in order to save me the expense. The home-remedies didn't work, so I did end up having them come out, and they were wonderful. Very well prepared and efficient, and they did a great job. I appreciate the way they do business and I'd definitely recommend them to others!
