I have been using the services of Magna-Dry for about five years and I'm quite happy with them. They are always very professional and timely. They did a good job explaining carpet care in specific situations that I had questions about. The quality of the work is just excellent. Their pricing is reasonable, especially given the quality of the work. Overall, I find their service very satisfactory.
