Our family had never taken a big vacation before and we had decided that Disneyworld was going to be our trip of a lifetime. Not knowing where to start, we met with Karen and told her roughly what we wanted and when we wanted to go. She not only took care of all the reservations and plane tickets, she also turned us on to several websites that allowed us to learn about all that Disneyworld had to offer and to plan a detailed itinerary. Needless to say we had a super vacation.
