My wife and I just bought new carpet from Bucks County Carpet & Floor. Everything turned out great. The salesperson in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. The Manager who came out to measure our home was very nice, very professional, and was very efficient at getting everything done quickly. We wanted a nice carpet with a great warranty, including a pet warranty. We ended up buying the Mohawk Smartstrand Ultra, and we love it. A great carpet with a great warranty, and a stain warranty forever, including every kind of pet stain. And it was on sale too, so we even saved some money. We really liked the installation job, and it was even better because they use their own installers and did not hire some company to come install our carpet. We love the carpet and we definitely would use Bucks County Carpet again. Highly recommended.
