I have had my air conditioning system for over 10 years and purchased it from Joh Hopton.
I no longer have my warranty coverage for service and repair. I contacted Family Htg. and A/C and Luke was extremely helpful in scheduling a service call immediately. The technician was professional and quickly discovered the A/C coil was frozen, but unfortunately could not determine why or what needed to be done to prevent it in the future. He patently desolved the ice that had formed, but the water was running down all over the inside of the furnace housing including the wiring! He carefully dried out the wiring before attempting to test out the A/C to make sure it was running properly including a A/C check of the A/C unit outside.
I knew that I would need to pay for the service call and repair , but I noticed after he left that I did not receive the Family discount which was on the invoice. I think as a ten year customer with you, I should have received that discount. I Talked with Luke before I was given the invoice, so I did not discuss that with him. I also am concern at this point about whether the A/C and coil is OK, or if I will have the issue arise again when we have hot weather.
