It all started with me meeting with John. He sat down with me, listened to my historical use of my existing HVAC system and then pointed me to some example systems. We decided on the AC Pro system for my needs. Installation day went well. The install team was knowledgeable, helpful and always there to answer a question or two about parts etc. John did recommend an upgraded filtering system (MERV 13) and I am so glad I did. After the removal of my old system and even though I replaced the standard filter every year, the team showed all the dog hair that missed the standard filter and embedded into my coils. The merv 13 is a closed system so no contaminants can pass into the system. Only issue did not have to do with the install, just some of my vents were not measured correctly, but the team had it under control. Entire job was 6 hours.
