Family Heating and Air installed my HVAC unit a couple of years ago and I have been using them ever since. Normally they come out twice a year to perform check up on the system. Recently, I needed them to come out and do a repair since my heater stopped working due to being left on while I was out of town. Family Heating and Air were able to fix it as soon as I was home again. The technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. I highly recommend them!
