Family Heating and Air was very thorough. I had them out for an inspection on my AC system. The technician who came was quite personable. He was very factual and didn't try to scare me into making a decision or anything like that. He just seemed to be straight up and quite honest. it was the standard price I would expect to pay for that type of service and overall it was quite positive. I would recommend them to anyone looking for something similar.
