I made an appt and they started on it at the appointed time. Within an hour, it was finished. I was able to wait for the vehicle and did not have to arrange for a ride. This is unheard of by taking the vehicle to the dealer. I think these people are knowledgable and I have confidence in them. After bad experiences, I will no longer go to the quickie lube places.
