AutoCraft of Spokane Valley is excellent! It is nice to find an alternative to the dealers. I just had my '02 Tacoma serviced there and they did such a great job and treated me so well that I brought my '10 Mazda 3 in for maintenance. Their service writer Herb is very knowledgeable and fair. He is a real car guy with great customer service. Dave the owner was a great guy and he even drove me to work once I dropped my car off, now that is showing your customer that you really care. I have no complaints about this shop at all and will definitely return for as long as I am in the Spokane area and will recommend to all of my friends.
