I just wanted to say thank you AutoCraft, your excellent service and impeccable honesty is greatly appreciated. As you may know, my Dad, Frank Zangar owned Zangar's Auto in Spokane for 40+ years, after he couldn't do automotive work anymore he chose you to be his mechanic. He was very particular and always had wonderful things to say about you. After he was gone my Mom continued to trade with you and I was always impressed with how well she was treated and never taken advantage of.

I worked for my Dad for 6 years and after he sold out I worked for 2 different companies doing auto repair and left both due to their dishonesty. So needless to say I was hesitant to let anyone work on my cars. After you had treated my Mom so well I started bringing my cars to you 8 years ago now (since I no longer have the time or tools to do the work myself). You have worked on my cars, my wife’s car and now you have worked on all 3 of our daughter’s cars. We have always been treated fairly and I know for a fact, never taken advantage of.

It is hard to find in today’s world someone who you would consider honest and beyond reproach, Auto Craft is one of the few (if not the only company) that I would give my personal word you will be treated honestly and fairly. They will do what is needed and needed only, if they say it needs replaced I would guarantee it needs replaced. I send all of my family there and all my friends too. I took time to write this because in today’s world, I feel we need to honor those who do what is right, and it is my way of thanking them for the great service they have provided me and my family for over 8 years.
