To whom it may concern.
We arrived at the reception center located at 500 Palmer Avenue to pick up our Thanksgiving meal and there was only 1 car in the parking lot and no one around. Then a pickup truck drove in and pulled around the back. We then drove around to ask where to pickup our meal and were speechless seeing raw uncovered turkeys in the bed of the truck. The gentleman (Steven) who’s is one of the owners was speechless when we asked why he was hauling uncovered turkeys in the bed of a pickup truck during rain showers. We sent the above email to owner Frank Mamola with a picture of the turkeys and have yet to receive a response. We will be contacting the health department and providing a picture.
