I love my carpet from Michael's Floor Covering and the installers did a good job putting it in. It looks really good. Bill, the salesperson, was very nice. They did my whole house, which was a big job and very expensive. However, I was surprised during the three installation days that nobody stopped by to check on things. Nobody from the office called to see how things were going. It was like they got my check and then forgot about me. I expected more from the sales team. I even had a personal connection with one of the guys who promised to be part of the installation crew, but never showed up. The installers who were here were heavy smokers who reeked of cigarette smoke and took a break every twenty minutes or so to sit in their truck for a smoke. Additionally, one of the men used my bathroom and left a huge mess. He clogged the toilet up which then overflowed. He never said anything to me about it. I really think they could have done a better job with their customer service all around. I thought about calling the office but decided to just let it go. I am not disappointed with the carpet and the installation seems to have been done very well. However, I would hesitate to recommend Michael's Floor Covering.
