Our experience with Michael's was a very good one. The lady who we worked with was knowledgeable, and was never pushing us to buy. She spent time explaining to us and talking with a fellow to do the calculations so that we would get the best deal for us. The quality is very good. The installer (you could tell( had a lot of experience. Very nice work.
