I had watched multiple videos of flooring installations so I was at least somewhat informed of what needed to take place and knew I didn't have the tools or the time to do this job myself even though it was a small office space. I had selected at least five companies and had gone on their websites and read their customer reviews. Of course I was apprehensive being a single female but after making a final decision, I selected Michael's Flooring, went to their showroom, made a laminate flooring choice, scheduled a date and waited for the day to arrive.
When that day came, two workers showed up at my door BEFORE the scheduled time (9am) ready to begin their day, which impressed me. Anytime someone shows up for an appointment isn't late, I'm impressed. They worked through morning prepping the floor. Before 4pm that same day, my flooring was completely finished and absolutely beautiful. All trim, baseboards that I had cleaned and refinished, installed, cord around installed and matched perfectly, transition piece done perfectly. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend Michael's to anyone needing a flooring remake! GREAT JOB!!!
