Michael's Floor Covering is a wonderful local business. Now that we have moved to the area we decided to go into their showroom. The staff was wonderful! We met with the manager and possible owner, plus the gal that is in their television commercials. They spent a lot of time with us and had a wonderful selection to choose from. I think we made about six trips before we had everything lined up. The carpeting that we initially ordered was no longer available, so we had to select something else. The staff was very good about making suggestions and gave us a very fair deal on the pricing. We wound up ordering even a finer quality product. In fact, it was so plush once we got it all you can do is see footprints everywhere on it. Over time, it has settled down a bit. This was on me and not a reflection at all on the company. Michael's Floor Covering offers good prices and maybe even a little bit lower than most companies out there. I always recommend them to people and definitely would use them again. The installers were great and we appreciate their attentiveness.
