Michael's Floor Covering has done a phenomenal job for us! This was our first time using their services and we couldn't be happier. We have a new construction home and our builder had recommended another carpeting outlet. The company the builder recommended got the wrong carpeting but Casey at Michael's Floor Covering saved the day! When I went to the shop to pick out carpeting Casey was fabulous. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She has a vast knowledge of all the carpeting and flooring types they have, the fabric types, the wear time and how well they last. Casey knew all about the manufacturers, how they work and what would be long-lasting. She took fabric and paint samples from me to help me match the coloring and what would look good. She did a spectacular job about letting me know of upcoming deals or discounts and sales (even the dates of the upcoming sales) so that I could get the best pricing. Not a lot of companies do that so I appreciated that! They have a wide range of carpets and floorings, a lot from California, Karastan and others too. She also helped me find the best ones to use for rental properties. She just has a wonderful technique for helping clients from start to finish! The installers were prompt, polite and professional. They were respectful of our home and very knowledgeable. They were a bit older and were masters of the trade. It showed through their workmanship and their professionalism. Throughout this process, everyone has taken the time to answer any of the questions I had for them as well as sharing information with me that I did not think to ask of them. The owner has been there a long time too which goes to show that Michael's is a good standing company in the community. They are honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and their pricing is reasonable. He took our floor plan to see how much we needed so there would not be too much material ordered and not too much excess leftover. By doing that there was very little waste, yet another thing I am very appreciative of. I will be going back to them again soon to get some more carpeting once we have the furniture in. As long as Casey is there I am certain we will have as delightful of experience next time as well! I have already recommended them to several people including my nephew who has already now used their services!
