We purchased carpeting from Michael's Floor Covering and they installed it. We met with the salesman to choose carpet for the upper floors and a lower main floor. There was a bit of frustration on the quoting process. We asked a lot of questions about different scenarios and there was a bit of back and forth with communication. The installation could have gone a lot smoother and the scope of work that the installation crew was to do could have been more clearly defined. We both could have communicated more effectively. The one thing I really appreciated was their flexible scheduling. We really needed them to work with us because we have very small children we had to consider when the installation was being scheduled In the end, we are satisfied with the job and have discussed having the same carpet installed our basement.
