When we go in to pick out carpeting their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They take time to show you the differences in the fibers and materials and explain how they will hold up with wear and traffic patterns for your home. We recently had them remove carpeting in a very large room in our home and install new carpeting. The installer was prompt, very polite and professional.
