This was my first time using Michael's Floor Covering. I had some water issues, and they did the whole basement. They had to tear out the old flooring and replace it. It all turned out very good. They were very courteous, and they went the extra mile for me. There was one carpet I wanted, and it wasn't going to come in time. They really tried hard to help me find a different one that we could order, and I could get in time. I had a great overall experience, and I would recommend them.
