This was our first time using Michael's Floor Covering but we have seen them around plenty of times so we knew exactly where we wanted to go when we needed some work done. We called them up and were able to easily get on the phone with a sales rep to describe what kind of work we wanted to be done. They gave us a rough estimate on the phone and set-up a time for them to come by and look at our place. We got flooring done in our family room and a bedroom, it was very affordable and when everything was completed we were very happy with the result. They made sure to clean up after themselves and made sure that we were completely happy with everything before leaving. Great company, we will make sure to highly recommend them when given the opportunity.
