Michael's Floor Covering did some great work for me. I thought the presentation from the salesperson was very upbeat; it made you feel good and get a good sense of what was possible. They were communicative and responsive. There was no hemming and hawing about about what they could and couldn't do. They were fast, efficient and on time. Their employees arrived on time to measure for the installation, and so did the installers themselves. The quality of the product was good, and the workmanship of the installers was very good. I am absolutely happy with how everything turned out.
