After contacting this company regarding a tree removal I was told I would receive a call back from one of the arborists within 48 hours. Four days later I finally received the call back. On day five an arborist came to discuss the job. He was unwilling to listen to what was requested and became extremely rude. I would never even contemplate giving this company my business. Extremely poor customer service.
