While the arborist seemed to know his stuff, the crews they sent out did not complete the job, wrecked some of our plantings, damaged a downspout, and put huge ruts around our front and back yard with their "stump grinder" machine. And they still expected full payment. They also gave me a hard time about asking that they start 45 minutes later than usual because we needed to get out in the AM -- they claimed that set them back nearly a full day which was a crock. They're supposed to come back this fall and do some seasonal trimming and now I have severe doubts.
