I made my first appointment for 10am. When i got there for my 10am appointment they told me they couldn't see my car until 1130am. Without a fuss they rescheduled me for the following week at the same time. I was told my car would be priority. I dropped my car off at 10am. They told me it would be done around noon. I sat at the local cigar shop and had a pizza. I had not heard from them at noon so i called at 1230. I was told it would be done soon. I walked back to the shop and my car was still sitting there without any work being done at 130. The owner said there had been a mistake. Not only did they tint a car before mine that was scheduled after mine, the tint guy was at lunch. I agreed i made a mistake in purchasing the groupon and left. I contacted groupon who refunded my purchase. I found another tint shop near my house that did the same job in about a hour and a half for about the same price. It was a few dollars extra, however considering the drive, wait time, and frustration, completely worth the extra cost to actually have work done and completed to my car. If i could give negative stars i would. Do not go here for anything!
