I've been a customer of Floor Decor for about 3 years, so I've built up a rapport with them. They consistently do a good job. They work with me one on one and it's always the same 2 people there so you really get the personalized attention. When I call I always get the person i talked to in the store. An area rug was my most recent purchase, but like I said I've used them in the past so this was not my first encounter. Sometimes I would say their tile selection is a little limited, but in general I'm really happy with their service and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
