I ordered luxury vinyl planks from Floor Decor. The flooring was shipped to me because I am doing the installation myself. There were a few boxes that were damaged in shipment. There was a bit of confusion and a considerable delay with regards to the replacement of the damaged product. They did their best to get it replaced and I am happy that they were able to do that. I give them a four-star all around rating because of this confusing delay.
